Hi,

My sister Manjula Ponnala applied for passport on[protected] and police enquiry was over.But still the passport is not delivered.From past one month status is showing as will be delivered in one week.But still not delivered.Passport office customer care is not working.There is no place to know the status.

I applied for police clearance certificate ( PCC ) on 28th of Feb. 2011 till date I have not received my passport. I am living in the same house for past 30 years. My police inquery was done on 23rd of March. This report was send to Hyderabad Passport office on 28th of March but till date I have not received my passport. The online status says " Police report clear passport will be dispatched by[protected] sujected to all documents received." After paying the huge amount of fee and stand in the long queue for 4 hours. and wait for almost 4 months what else do the Hyderabad passport office wants from me. Do I need to beg Hyderabad passport officers to give me a certificate saying " I am not a terrorist." Can any one hear me.
