[Resolved] Passport Office / Visakhapatnam — PCC not received | |
Dear Sir/Madam, My self YSWETHA PRIYA POKALA, applied PCC(Police Clearance Certificate) for Kuwiat on February 15th 2010, My file no VSP-X003376 and my Passport no is H7514846. It is been 45 days since I applied for my PCC and so far I have not received it. My visa is going to expire by May 2nd. After receiving PCC I have to undergo long visa process in India i.e. Medical Examination, stamping in minstry and Kuwait embassy in Mumbai, which is also going to take time. When I contacted passport officer they are telling that they sent my file to SP office for police verification but when I checked with my local SP office or Police station they are telling me that they have not receiced yet. I have been following up with SP office since 30 days and they are repeatedly telling me that they have not received it. Please do the needful to get my PCC at the earliest otherwise my visa will expire and I will not be able to travel to meet my husband. I was married recently and it will affect my personal life seviourly. I could not understand passport office/SP office they are justifying that they sent or they did not received, in that case what happened to my PCC. Nobody is taking responsibility in tracking. My Name is Ramesh. i applied for my passport renewal on[protected] in Vishaka Patnam. Now, it is showing that the status is " ARE NOT RESIDING AT THE ADDRESS GIVEN IN THE APPLICATION. FURNISH APLLICANT'S EXPLANATION.
FURNISH 3 PERSONAL PARTICULARS FORMS, DULY COMPLETED WITH 3 COPIES OF PHOTOGRAPHS ALONG WITH PROOF OF STAY. "
I am working in Hyderabad. Already i submitted my communication address properly. My name also showing in status wrong. Simply Passport office people are telling to come and submit the documents again. for the reason for passport how many times i can go and submit the details. Is there any way to submit the forms throw the postal itself. Passport office return my money, then i submit new application in Hyd Passport office. Because when i apply for Renewal Viz Passport office people Cancel my old passport. I am not confidence the Vizag Passport People frankly.
Can i send required documents via postal.

i am writing you this so that you can take action and release my passport as early as possible.

these people at the passport cell in the police control room, visakhapatnam are ridiculous... they accept applications from all and then they start collecting bribe from people and who ever gives this is the first person to be verified. if we ask y r u not verifying my application first the result would be u dont have this document and that come tomorrow. they sitting under the fan, keep on chatting hours about the family affairs while hundreds of people keep on waiting in the line in hot sun... i kindly request u take the needful action on such people who are actually appointed to serve people and not to chat about their family, or make their relatives sit in the office and offer them cool drinks and all the rubbish...

I applied for passport on 9th Dec 2010 at Eluru W.G.Dt. File no Z 011072. Police enquiry completed on 30th Dec 2010. in mogalthur. My details are sent to vizag from Eluru on 15th Jan 2011. C.NO is 01/PARC/W.G.Dt
Still now I didnt recieve any message from vizag office. 4 months completed. I request you to kindly to take needful action to release my passport as soon as possible.

I, Humayun Shaik having Passport number (F5079449) got job in Saudi Arabia and have valid visa as well. I have applied for PCC & Change of Address on 22nd Feb 2010 (Ref No: X 004029). I have been told that the Passport will be recieved in 15 days as I have attatched my visa copy and a request letter to speed up the process claiming urgency.
Inspite of it, my application has not reached local Commisioner Office yet where as passport official says that they dispatched it on 27th of Feb to the CP office. I have been enquiring at CP office from past 20 days as my Employer is not happy with the delay. I met the Superintendant of R.P.O., Visakhapatnam but he is not taking any action and he is not even ready to give any more information about it.
I wrote this to A.P.O.(grv.[protected]@mea.gov.in) twice and he mailed to R.P.O.(rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in) twice inquiring about it. But still there is no response from R.P.O., Visakhapatnam regarding this. My employer has given me a dead line of 5th April and I still have to undergo the stamping process after this is done.
I can not believe that my passport is travelling a distance of 5-6 kms from Passport Office since past one month and unable to reach the CP office yet. Please do take some action on it as I have approached almost all options available and I do not want to lose my job and ruin my career. Expecting a helping hand.
