My name is Ajeesh Vadakkedathu. I am applied for my passport on 1st feb 2010, but i haven't get the passport. I want to go in aborad in April 10 th. my file no is B005395 kindly do the needfully.

i have got my appointment through online on dated 4.10.2012.,but during verification an employee of TCS has rejected my birth certificate as it is under gram panchayet.i want your strict supervision on this matter.i attach here my birth certificate which is fully authentic.
