March 20, I tried to reacharge my vodafone no - [protected] for 242 including tax from Paytm, the payment was successfull but failed to recharge.Payment was not refunded yet.Please reply to me.

Sir i have order for memory card kingston 8gb class10. But I received the card 8gb of class 4 which does not match my order. so, please return or replace the card with class 10.

Payment problem

There is so many people using many e wallets for cashless transaction for betterment of the customers e.g. Paytm, Jio Money, Oxygen ... etc. but why they doesn't give proper guideline for any problem arises instead of giving Telephone no ...[protected] then the Question is PREE 1 FOR ENGLISH, PRESS 2 FOR HINDI, PRESS 3 FOR ... PRESS 5... PRESS 6...UP TO PRESS UPTO 27 X 7 PRESS % GO TO SLEEP, PRESS " 0" MEANS YOUR BALANCE IS ZERO.???? by mistake, or unknowingly mistakes comes plz give proper guidance -if you want to serve for longer.
