This is in reference to non-receipt of Fixed Deposit maturity Amount.
My name is Gouthami Mannepalli. My mother have invested amount in Pennar Paterson Securities Limited 1-10-63/1/3, Veer Chambers, Chikoti Gardens, Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500016 at different intervals with different amount on my & my younger brother's name. The maturity is has completed long long before but there is no response from company regarding payment of maturity amount. My brother tried reaching begumpet office but security didn't allow him inside. We tried contacting them through multiple ways but there is no one to guide us to get back the amount.
Kindly help us to get back the maturity amount. Please find the below mentioned details of investment made.

Sir,
My name is Rajesh Odapally, i have placed 2 Nos fixed deposites vide fdr bearing no. hyds[protected] for Rs.6000/- on[protected] and hyds[protected] for Rs.10000/- on[protected] on my name O Rajesh with mode of operation as either or survicor. On maturity, we wrote to the company asking for the proceeds to be paid back to us but till date we have not received any payment. We received a letter from company vide
1) LTR no. PPL/99/6433 dated 22nd March 1999 from the company stating that they would pay fd amount Rs6000/- 50% by 18/04/2000 & the other 50% by 18/01/2001
2) Ltr no. PPL/99/6434 DT[protected] from the company stating that they would pay fd amount Rs.10000/- 50% by 17/05/2000 & the other 50% by 17/02/2001.
As i have submited affidavit of form no.66 and original FDR for both.
But we have still not received the funds.If some body is listening then please help us to get our money back. It is our hard earned money at the end of the day.

I made a fixed deposit of rd.5100/- on[protected] with the above co. Under scheme w12 in the name of my minor daughter k.
H. V. D. S. Jahnavi, which matured on[protected] for rs.5916/-. I lodged a claim with liquidator duly acknowledged by them on[protected]. But till date the amount has not been paid to us with interest.
Hence i once again request the liquidator to make payment with up-to-date interest.

Nonreceipt of matured amounts of fixed deposits

Myself and my daughter ( N.Radha ) deposited Rs 15, 000 /- each vide FDR No HYD [protected] on 7-7-1998 with maturity value of Rs 17476 /- & FDRNoHYD[protected] on[protected] with quarterly interest payment ) respectively. Nothing is heard so far from the liquidator even after submission of form 66 on[protected]. Please help in getting the amount back.

I nominee : A.Srinivasa Rao ,my mother Depositor : A.Bathinamma(illetrate),we are deposited fixed amount Rs.40,000/-( In words forty thousand Rupees only ) Deposit dated on 02.08.1998, F.D.R.No:VIS[protected],date of Maturity 03.08.1999.
At the time of complet maturity date,we went Hyderabad,Begumpet office,we get Acknowledgement slip from FD Department Manager Mrs.Rekha dated on 09.10.99.Still we are not received my money.
And also, I submitted form no.66 to the Official of the Liquidator, High court of A.P, Koti, Hydrerbad on 23.02.2001.Still the company side not have any information,we dont know what we have do.I think you people are doing needful to us.

I deposited my amount for one year in M/S Pennar Paterson Security Ltd in the year of 1998 and till now i.e. 2014 no response from either side. The company nor the officers of Official Liquidators have not yet made my payment against my FD.No.HYD[protected] Dt.27/03/1998 Dep.Amt.Rs.13, 000/- Maturity Dt.28/03/1999 Maturity Amt.Rs.15, 019/-.
Eventhough, I submitted form no.66 to the Office of the Official Liquidator, High court of A.P, Koti, Hydrerbad on[protected] still the matter
is in pending/delay.
Therefore, I humbly request the officers to lookinto the matter and kindly release my deposited amount at the earliest. Or kindly let me know when can I suppose to get my payment.

I had purchased 10000 shares and sent them for transfer in my name GYAN CHAND JAIN ( At Jaipur). This transaction took place in Dec 1999 and till date transfer is not effected in my account. This seems to be fraud company and running some other businees and enjoying the funds by diverting in some other business.

Maturity proceeds of fixed deposit not paid back

I had placed a fixed deposit in the name of my mother & myself with mode of operation as either or survicor for Rs 15,000.00 on 02/071996 to mature on 02/07/1999. On maturity, we wrote to the company asking for the proceeds to be paid back to us but till date we have not received any payment. We received a letter dated 22nd March 1999 from the company stating that they would pay 50% by 01/07/2000 & the other 50% by 01/04/2001.
But we have still not received the funds.If some body is listening then please help us to get our money back. It is our hard earned money at the end of the day.

pennar paterson and securities — maturity amounts not paid back
dear sir,i deposited rs. 95000 in the names of self gp.sastry and my wife g.sitamahalakshmi in 1996.though itis more than 10 years , the matured amount not paid back.
I Amrut Giri from Ahmedabad invested in Pennar Patterson Securities ltd on 29/03/1997 FDR no.99926 but I have not recieved the maturity amount till today.
I Rachana Rjendran also invested Rs.20000/- in 17/11/1997 FD maturing on 18/11/1998. I live in Delhi and does not know which email to conact the company as the companies contact in Delhi is not traceable and want to get my hard earned money back but donot know what to do. Please guide.
Pennar Paterson Securities — Payment of Fixed Deposit Amount
I have deposited an amount of Rs. 20,000/- in the Fixed Deposit scheme of Pennar Patterson Securities in the year 1996. This is my hard earned money and it is has been 15 years since the company went into liquidation and nothing happened on this so farl. My father mr.S.P.Ranga Rao deposited a sum of rupees 16000 for the period of 12 months carrying an interest at the rate of 14.5% on date[protected] receipt no.VISI[protected].but still now we not received any kind of amount.
My father PPS Sarma had invested his retirement benefit for future personal / medical expenses, in fixed deposits in his & my mother's names. Rs 15, 000/- in each of their names for a period of 24 months & 1 day. FDR NoHYD[protected] & 720 . Who are/were the Directors & Board Members of the company? Any suitable action be taken against them? No communication ever from the company. Isn't this cheating and fraud? Shall pursue it for any kind of recourse. Please advise.

Nothing is heard so far from the liquidator even after submission of form 66 on[protected]. Please help in getting the amount back.
