Pepsi — taking money more than MRP | |||
I got a Pepsi 200ml bottle in Rs 10 but the MRP cost printed on it was Rs 10. When I brought this in notice of Shopkeeper he said that the price Rs 10. What can we do in this situation? Due to refrigeration of cold drinks is it alright if they charge some money etc. Also in cinema halls or fairs they sell food items at price higher than MRP. Is it lawful?
