Respected Sir,
I Mr.Deepak Patil giving answers to your legal notice dated 12/1/2010, ABN/PDC-SEC[protected]DEC’09 as follows by numbers of your notice.
2. I took a lone from bank loan agreement no.9390837 and have paid installments regularly till my detection of problem of Heart Diseses.
3. You have deposited my security cheques no.33456, 33455 without giving me any prior written information. Also Bank of india has closed my account without giving me any written or telephonic information, so I am not at fault.You can cross check this information in bank of India. As per little knowledge of law I am not fit for sec-138 notice.
4. Said cheque deposited without prior information given to me, when the discussion of loan settlement is going on with ABN representatives since last two months because of my medical disese problem.
5. Inspite of your amount of rs-5640/- I am ready to pay minimal settlement amount with the help of my friends and relatives.
6. If for account closure part I have no information given by a nationalized bank like Bank Of India, also with out giving me proper telephonic or written intimation in this Mobile world, Who is liable for imprisonment and fine you decide.
7. Out of loan of 92000, I have paid approximately 72000/- regularly.
8. This is happened because of my medical disese that is Heart Disese.
9. For any kind of force, mental tension, your non negotiable attitude, the bank should think of their inhuman role and should get awareness about their responsibility for derangement of my health.
10. Note: Here with giving attachment of scan file record of my ECG, STRESS TEST REPORT,HOSPITAL DISCHARGE REPORT.
11. Begging you for your kind response and help to Disesed person.
12.I have arranged maximum amount with the help of friends and relatives, that is Rs-20000/-(twenty thousand only)
