Personal Loan — Clearance of Personal Loan | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I,Sri Haraprasad Mishra, Bhubaneswar, Odisha had availed a personal loan during 2000-01 amounting to Rs. 70,000.00. I had repaid the total amount along with the interest by the end of 2005 through Andhra Bank,Main Branch, Bhubaneswar. But when i tried to avail another loan its showing an outstanding amount of Rs 10,000.00 in my name, in CIBIL Report, I am surprised. I have lost the Account No also of Citi Finance. I had closed my Andhra Bank account since 2007. I am unable to find Citi Finance office or any agency in Bhubaneswar to check my details. Last year only I had settled my personal loan taken from ICICI Bank. But when I enquired I cam to know that till now they have not settled my loan. When i went to Bank they are telling they have not updated my payment towards the loan. Because of this I lost all my faith on ICICI Bank. And also they are telling me that I have to go to Bommanhalli branch only to settle my help. Kindly suggest me what should i do now.
