[Resolved] Pharmacy — poor service at the pharmacy

We have not been happy with the service we have been receiving from the pharmacy for quite some time at the Morton, Illinois store. Doug Sperry was a fantastic pharmacist, and you let him get away. Now we feel as if they have no regard to keep the customers happy! Service continues to get worse all the time. We have been getting our prescriptions at K-Mart for over twenty years. We have to wait in line for 10-15 minutes at least everytime to pick them up only to find out they're not ready when we reach the front of the line. This doesn't happen everytime but frequently. I dropped off seven prescriptions today and was told they would br ready in a hour. I came back about ninety minutes later and found out they weren't ready they didn't even have them all keyed in yet! I have talked to a lot of pharmacy customers, and they are as unhappy as we are. Several people have taken their prescriptions or transferred them to other pharmacies they are so unhappy! I'm about ready to do the same thing! This is ridiculous! Was this information helpful? My couirer is not delivred me which is sent from jpn pharma, mumbai on friday 5/4/2019, by (track on courier) its annoying to me .also and today is 10/4/2019 courier is very important for my project work its too late to start, please fix the problem i am requesting you .

Yesterday night My Daughter feeling very sick and we go to doctor mr. Agarwal after Checkup there write some medician and advice to buy from Shree Hospital Shree Pharma when we go there the guys his name Mr. Vanislal Seervi not avaialbe there after we call them but he said im busy in marriage come back in 15 Minutes please wait for us and we wait for him 15 Minutes after again call same story finally after 2 Hours we again call them and there said i can't come you can go other medical and take your medicice really is shock news there have only one guys who handle pharma shop its such a very bad service by Hospital managment if any urgency case then people face a lot of problem really managment must think about this issue also take responsibility .

I have reqeust to our your association must cancel his license who work like mafia people life very important but some hospital really not care about people life just care about his self .

We really feel this is a very bad serious .
hospital and pharmacy very important for people life i request you kindly appoint honest guys who work for people not for him self .

i hope your managment must take imediate action against like lier servicce .
