[Resolved] Philips 32inch LED — Installation not yet done | |||
Hi, I had purchased Philips LED 32PFL5356 from star CJ on 1st of October 2011 and received the product on 11th October. I had called up the customer care center the same day(11th october) and was assured that the TV will be installed within 48 Hrs, However as of today i have not received any call from any of the Philips center, iam now getting worried if i have made the right choice. You can go for it!!! Pretty good picture quality although the quality of the plastics cant be matched with samsung D325000(this is really cool) however the picture quality is in the same league as of the samsung 32D500 which is 8000 bugs more. Sound quality too sucks but need not worry since star CJ is providing Boston sound bar for free.
