Photon Infotech — Law / govt help us from photon infotech

I am writing for 100 of employees of photon infotech as this is all our words and we all want to say some thing as the management do not allow us to say any thing that why we are writing this . please help us . I have never seen such a pathetic company in my life.. management SUCKS very big time i cannot tolerate such a wrost management I never came across in my previous years in any professional IT company this company is like a cheapster local market . I don’t know if they understanding P also of professionalism. I am also working as a senior person since a long time in this place but now I don’t suggest any one in this company and I try to put people out so that they are safe from this company.



Guys you are spoiling your career here my humble request don’t be here see job outside and kick this company u will not have any career here u work like a dog and don’t get any thing except for scolding why are we working for all this you tell me, no respect and they treat us like slaves, they make lot of money and we are making that money and giving them and what we receive is nothing and all bad words from management. you know now they are fooling people as they are paying every one to write positive about company so that they can get some positive name and make more money . on our blood and slavery cost.tell me one good point about this company . NOTHING.. right . then why atleast wake up now guys don’t fool yourself don’t spoil your carrer I am also a victim of this company nothing good .



About management I tell you they think they are hero and take all decision which gives them more money and take all wrong decision for employee working here, they harass people, mental harras I had to go to doctor for it . not a single right decision they make.no value for employee who struggle so hard and they lie to customer to make more money only lies I cannot tolerate and they give such valueless service and product in return and if customer complain then they fight with customer and threaten customer and they harass customer . for us customer is like god and they abuse them like like on their back . I was on a call with them and they were scolding customer like crazy . poor customer they stay in USA they don’t know how these people behave and they fall in their trap. I pity customer, they give us food and pay our salary and these management they treat customer like this . Customer every thing they say is big fake don’t believe ask every employee they say the same. Ask us .they don’t even let us speak to u customer. You ive us food so we are very loyal to you.dont believe them



They make us sit like slaves like we are sitting in road side if we go to any other IT office they are attleast they are better Everything there is YUCK the moment you enter their building. Unclean and unhygienic restrooms. The reception resembles that of a cheapest ###-house mansion. The moment you enter their official floors, you are welcomed with a bunch of sitting behind mountain of old-waste papers and i presume they are the finance and resourcing guys.. i think these are guys who are staying there as they are desperate. Any guy with a decent education from a nice university would not be willing to work in that appalling condition. You will be surprised when you enter the floors.. The entire floor dont have private space, cabins to improve productivity for the engineers. Well, the engines of the companys economy (s/w developers, engineers, designers, architects, managers) are all let to work on open space with four walls on one roof. It resembled to me a open fish market and a butchers house. My 101% impression about this company => SUCKS. No Character, No Culture, No Vision, ZERO Value Good for those who want a initial career break and not for the seasoned professionals.

They even charge us for the tea and coffe we drink and what we eat . and see we give them so much money and they do like this with us .



Guys, customer and every one do you think it is worth, don’t we have any better cmpany outside . we have thousands of better company lets all revolt against them as this is our right .law help us . govt help us . and every one spread this message so that no one join this company and we can save them

I will never agree the complaints about Photon infotech; as I have worked their and I would say honestly the Good company it is and Managers and other senior persons are accessible anytime in terms of support we need. Especially Vignesh, Madhu etc., all are Perfect professionals; Attn to public: Please dont go with the mentally ill people who complaints about Photon; it is Very Good company, Please take this comment as it is from a Law graduate who worked their and I have seen/tested/investigated on all the matters; Photon is 99.95% Perfect

There aren't any projects in the company. Every 6 months we need to market ourselves within the company to move to another project.

I never heard about any company that is worser than photon. This companies top management is full of rude guys and I heard they speak all type of bad words even before female employees. It is not a safe company for women

The employment clauses are all for the employer and are totally unheard of in any other organization. Their should be an audit by law enforcement of this firm to check on this. All their softwares are corrupt and unlicensed. For all the claims they make, they should be behind bars for this.

Ah. Less said the better. Bunch of hooligans running the company. Founders are U.S. educated and think they throw a few american accented words around they can get their way. But if you look deeply, they are nothing but hooligans.

I am palnned to attend photon interview on 6th november. I am confused about you complaints. Due to the recession it is very tough for BE freshers like me, even to attend a interview conducted by big mncs . And I am seeking for a job which pay me atleast 1lack/anum. What can I do now. Attend that interview or not. Reply fast friends. I am searching for a job more than five months and not yet get a good job.

I accept your point, i was joined as a fresher in that company dont know anything much in technical and english. We had a very good projects and good time to learn lot of new things but there is no apprisal cycle followed properly, They dont want encourage hardworking resources. They think lot of resource are available in the market. Can pay less money and get more work. No recognition. Which are the team earning more money they might get some recognition even client appreciation recognition will not reach the employees.They are scolding every ones money. One day they will get a severe pain for this i think they are getting now.

That company good for technical think past years now that also becoming worse now a days.

No proper management. No Scope for the company nowa days .Those who are going to join the company please think before.

One really worst no other company higher officials will use bad words to the employees frequently, They are thinking am investing the money and am the owner u must do what i say .

What a policies of HR and Finace.

I am thankful to all of you for bringing this out to the public. This is really going to help us to choose the right company. I am really surprised, how this company is still surviving in IT.

I has been working with Photon for the last 4-5 yrs. They are really cheaters to both employees as well as clients.
Innocent people get trapped with them as they ask employees to work for 18 hrs a day, that too even during normal time, other than delivery period.
I was billed for 2 clients simultaneously and they wanted me to work for 16 hours a day and threatened me and others in my team. Poor clients in USA dont know as they demand for productivity for 9 hrs (for which i use to work for 18 hrs for 2 different clients). This happened to me for more than 3-4 months.
Stay away from this company and request good people to take up the issue to Government bodies and Human Rights to take legal action for violating Indian Labor laws.
