[Resolved] Photon Infotech — Asking to migrate other technology

People who has offer in PHOTON, I suggest not to join this company. They don't have project related to your skill-set. This Advice is especially to freshers.Not to join this company. This in one of the Bull-sheet company. They spoil your carrier. I made big mistake after joining into this company. They don't train the people in right direction and place in your skilled project. They suck your blood. One of my friend, he is good developer and developed application for one the client. Application was success. His manager had given negative feedback about him. HR call him and told that, switch to other technology. Freshers who joined this company are struggling. Freshers had very bad time. Please don't join. Delivery Manager are useless. They need Dollar and on-site trip to [censored].

This is 100% true. Photon employees are harassed and often asked to change technologies.
They will not arrange cabs for even lady employees who work late into the night.

Photon infotech(Chennai) is the worst company for freshers. They will spoil your entire career. Training HR(Sonia) is a worst HR. She doesn't care to fire freshers out of the company without any proper reason. They will hire you and make you work as some third party employee and they will fire you within one or two months saying that you are no longer needed for the company. So i humbly request all the freshers not even attend the interview there and don't suffer. It will ruin your entire career.
