The company does not pay the salary for a few months. When you decide to quit they start demanding 6 months gross in the name of training which they would not have provided. Frequent harassment in the name background check, marking absent when you are present, frequent long weekend duties to conduct interviews, threatening verbally.

I worked with this company for 1 year 6 months. When I send resignation letter to the management, they didn't respond for more than a month. When I decided to move after waiting for 1 months on resignation acceptance, I have surrendered all the office items to them back. The following people are from management - alivelumanga (AVP), Mona rathod (manager hr), Siva Prasad Reddy (coo). Never trust these people. They are ###. Never ever trust this company and join.. you will end up loosing career

I request you ladies not to prefer to take up ea/ secretary position to top level management as your job is insecure and will be positioned only for 3 - 4 months and throw you out for no reason inspire of your hard work. Here no one will help you and think of your career break. You need to bare all vulger filthy words spoken to you everyday by management wife. Pls do not take the call safeguard yourself. Thanks

I had very bad experience with photon which is managed & run by junks who have no respect to employees. Onsite business manages, sr. Vp's, vp's are really # who threaten employees who are at onsite & offshore. Few name include hari prasad who is # crap who had made an employee by name catherine fully drunk during one the party and had sex with her. This # thinks he is great but most of them just given him # #...

Other person by name sachin is of similar character who had tried lured an employees who are drunk during the parties.

Just to say in one word 'photon is a # company, never ruin your career'

There is nothing right about this company, starting from the infrastructure, management, HR, senior managers, work timing, work ethics, work culture. They are in a mess. - If you are working in this demented place, forget about your personal life and be prepared to live a life of a slave controlled by some ego driven, money minded, arrogant management. - Abuse flows right from the CEO's. I have never seen or heard the CEO of a company abuse someone in front of 20 other people in a meeting. The kind of language the top management uses makes you feel that you are among some roadside goons fighting. They threaten and harass their employees day in and out. - The HR team here is a joke. They are spineless simply controlled by the thugs sitting at the top positions. - The sales team which mainly operates from the US have no clue what they are selling to the clients, make unrealistic commitments just to reach their targets and then the management wants those projects to be executed in unrealistic timelines without even having the capabilities of doing so. - The projects are headed by Delivery Managers, most of whom are a bunch of jokers who have no clue what they are doing. The development team, business analysts and the project leads have to go through hell to meet their commitments. - The official working hours are 10 hours, but be rest assured to spend extra hours almost everyday. - There is a swipe in and out even for the toilets. The time you spend in the loo to relieve yourself is also tracked and monitored. - There is small canteen with very little option to chose from the pathetic food. The canteen closes at about 9pm and if you extending (which most of the time you will), you will not even find a cup of coffee. - The attrition rate here is very high which is not surprising at all. People here are frustrated, depressed and unhappy. - There are a number of consumer complaints you will find on the internet about this company, not just by the employees but also clients and entities which have been approached by Photon for prospect business. - They even cheat their clients - I have seen it myself. The list can go on..

One powerful manager with some support of many management people and co-workers has targeted me as a result of jealousy, narrow mindedness, bad attitude of not like other being better then themselves and made following consequence in my life: 1.Affected mentally(bi-polar disorder and psychotic disorder) on group attack. 2. Blocked my promotion.As a result of didn't groom intentionally on right skill on my tenure not able to get job.Jobless and moneyless for a year Loss of around 5Lakh Rupees. 3.Harassment lead to depression and lack of confidence to face interviews and grow-up in career and personal life. 4.Trapping and making everyone against me by cunningnes-like sexual favours and others. 5.Provoking for court cases and interfering personal life to the extent f divorcing wife. My entire life is now in question mark now as a result of one cunning manager.I didnt blame entire Photon, but invariably it goes to them.There are number of comlaints against them in below website, just google "photon infotech harassment" there are no of complaints. http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/photon-infotech-c124660.html The only mistake i did is that without knowing innocently that they targeted me, i stayed in for sometime and ruined.Organisation has to review management profile education and experience as i suspect they are fake.

I was called for an interview last month at Photon infotech.. i reached there before my scheduled time around 6.00 PM my interview was at 6.30 PM i was asked to wait till 7.00 fair enough ...then at 7.00 i was taken to other floor and asked to wait till 8.00 then suddenly HR appeared and asked to wait till 9.00 (Poor me) then at 9.00 i walked in and asked to meet a guy ...he's a total crap, i first thought he was from...

People who has offer in PHOTON, I suggest not to join this company. They don't have project related to your skill-set. This Advice is especially to freshers.Not to join this company. This in one of the Bull-sheet company. They spoil your carrier. I made big mistake after joining into this company. They don't train the people in right direction and place in your skilled project. I would advise not to join Photon. Photon has a very poor work culture. They simply use employees and throw them out in the name of attitude problem. They don't like to be questioned or open for suggestions. There's absolutely no sanity that prevails there.

I would recommend those with Western experience not to work with Photon. It is a sweat shop with sub par work....

I was literally threatened by the senior manager HR Muthuvel on my relieving. No company will have 3 months notice period for Software engineer and that is the reason the kind of attrition %age is happening there in Photon and it is huge. but the moment they decided to fire you no process or policy is followed and you will be out of photon on the same day without any benefits. I am writing for 100 of employees of photon infotech as this is all our words and we all want to say some thing as the management do not allow us to say any thing that why we are writing this . please help us . Photon Infotech is popular but sadly for all the wrong reasons.
