[Resolved] Photon Infotech — Unscrupulous Employers

I would advise not to join Photon. Photon has a very poor work culture. They simply use employees and throw them out in the name of attitude problem. They don't like to be questioned or open for suggestions. There's absolutely no sanity that prevails there. I would recommend those with Western experience not to work with Photon. Photon's work culture is very poor. They cheat employees as well as the clients. They expect the employees to know everything and when there's a crisis the employee gets terminated. In one of the review meetings, the member was asked to read-out an artifact to the client to get a sign-off. The member did not have a clue about the artifact but was pushed into the client meeting to get a sign-off. The client eventually was choked to sign-off. When the member highlighted the incorrectness of the procedure, the member was attributed as a non-cooperative team member.

The work is very poor and very few projects deliver quality work. A vast majority still delivers poor quality.
