[Resolved]  Planet M — PF not received

Dear Madam,

I have discontinue my job from Planet M, MUMBAI on june 2009. after that I clamed to withdraw my pf. But till date not recived. If we are checking it on line it is reflecting "Claim ID : MHBAN[protected]
Status : CLAIM FORM 19 FOR PF SETTLEMENT FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO MHBAN[protected] HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 04.08.2011 IS UNDER PROCESS" how long is the process when my friends have received in proper time.

Please do needfull & send me status.
