[Resolved] Planet M — defective mobile | |||
i am living near charni road around a year before i had bought a mobile handset sony ericsson F305 from planet M charni road branch. mobile was purchased in february 2009 in a scheme of 1=2 years warranty after 4 months that is in june mobile got a wiered problem of ear-speaker,keypad and display altogether .Ear speaker of the mobile stopped working alongwith display problem. i gave mobile in planet M of charni road branch for service. They took about 20 days to repair it though it was in warranty. after 5 days there occoured same problem in mobile. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hai, I am Muzammil which i have purchased the mobile from Planet M, the model is V1675( Videocon ) on 18/03/2010 and the problem in the phone was back side's camera and its flash light. after two day of purchasing i informed the shop keeper that i am facing the problem of flash and camera, but he told that i will inform u with conforming by our manager but there was no response till 18/4/2010. Again i informed in the center for 2 to 3 times but he did not given any response, after that i gone directly to the Planet M which i have purchased in NEW BEL road on 20/4/2010 after going there he took my set and told me that i will replace within two day's but up to this i have not got the set when i will go there, the person who took my set he will be not there and other staff person will tell me that u contact for that person whom u have given but that person is not picking my call. if i call from other numbers he will pick up the call and he will tell that i am meeting or i am in hospital for i am not feeling well. who is the response for this.

Planet M — Defective Mobiles sold at Planet M
I am Syed from Bangalore. I had purchased nokia 5130 xpress music mobile from Planet M . After using it for one month the mobile started restarting when i receive a call or make a call from the mobile. When i took that mobile to the planetM store where i purchased the mobile they asked me to approach directly to nokia care. when i refused to go to nokia care directly as it was planetM's responsibilty to provide the solution the employee took my mobile n said I will receive a call within one day about the status.Its almost one month and I have not received my mobile n the employee's of planet M are still not responding properly.
I would like to know any senior officer of planet M to whom i can discuss the issue as the Employee's of planetM store are not responding properly.
