[Resolved]  Planet M — WRONG PRICE LABEL ON PRODUCT

I bought a sony walkman NWZ-E443, black color here in Mysore PlaneM URS Road. The price tag on the box showed 5990/-. He gave me a discount of 3% and sold me the product for 5750/-. Later after i checked the price in the sony official website http://www.sony.co.in/productcategory/walkman-mp3-player , it showed the price as 4990/-. Later i even confirmed with sony centre near by and even they said the price is 4990/- which has got changed 1 month back and the older price was 5990/-. So i called the Planet M who sold me the product and said him the issue. He responds very rude saying " no the price is not 4990 its 5990 only" and later after sometime keeping on hold, he says " sorry sir , the price has been changed today at 12:30 PM only and we dint know that". I said " the price has been changed one month back as given in the website or brochures " , he rudely replied me " ok fine get me the brochure, we ' ll see " and cut the call. Later i called him 5-6 times, each time i called he cuts my call.

So i went to another Planet M branch in KD road Mysore to say the issue. The manager there responded good and apolized about it. The person from the Planet M branch URS Road was not ready to refund me my cash of 1000rs. Then after a big argument they were asking me to come to URS road with the bill to collect the cash. But as i dint accept, the person from URS road branch came and refunded me . Below you can find the bills attached.

I was pissed off with person who spoke me asking to get the brochures for proof. And the person who cuts my call when i m calling him for a clear explanation.
