Platinum Circle — Bad call center representative

I got a call today (Dec, 01, 2012) from Platinum circle. There was a person named Arun. He explained me so called benefits for the product they are offering. It was looking good so I asked him to call me back so that I can check the site and get my confidence in the company to whom I will be paying Rs.6900. But after I came to consumer complaints and saw other complaints. I decided not to go with the offer.
I told him that I will not take this. I should not bound to tell any reason.
Then that guy's tone changed. He was trying to scold on me and making difference on South Indian v/s North Indian.
This thing can not be accepted at any cost whether company and its offer is good or not. If it has such employees you can see what will be the future of company.

After all its my money and I will decide where to invest this.
I would suggest thinking one more time before going with this company's offer.
