PMPL is the worst ISP ever seen. firstly they promise to give a certain speed and they fail to do so. i have subscribed for 2 mbps and i get speed way below that but i am charged very around 2k. apart from that their customer service executives are very rude and they disconnect the call whenever they find themsleves in a tight spot ie they cant answer a certain customer question. they directly disconnect the call. i am sure no treats their suctomers like that and i have been their customer for 5years++. they have 1 help linenumber and when ever your net is creating problems and try to contact them their help line number is always down. I am sharing a picture with you guys and see for yourselves the kind of ping i am getting on a 2mbps plan.
