    Subject: Complaint against Meghbela Broadband for Subpar Internet Services

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Meghbela Broadband regarding their consistently poor broadband services. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, my grievances have not been addressed, and I have been facing severe inconvenience for an extended period.

    Details of the Complaint:

    1. **Connection Details:**

    - Plan Details: Astrantia [Speed- 100Mbps]

    2. **Nature of the Complaint:**
    I subscribed to Meghbela Broadband's services with the expectation of receiving high-speed internet as per the plan I had chosen. However, I have been consistently receiving internet speeds significantly lower than what was promised at the time of subscription. It's not crossing 50Mbps also.

    3. **Communication with Meghbela Broadband:**
    I have diligently registered multiple complaints with Meghbela Broadband's customer support through their official helpline and email. Unfortunately, these complaints have not yielded any satisfactory resolution. Several service tickets were raised, but none of them have been adequately addressed or resolved.

    4. **Impact on Daily Life:**
    The subpar internet speed has had a detrimental impact on my daily life, affecting my work, online studies, and other essential online activities. I have incurred additional expenses in using mobile data to compensate for the inadequate broadband service.

    5. **Request for Compensation:**
    I kindly request the Consumer Court to investigate this matter thoroughly and take necessary actions against Meghbela Broadband for their failure to provide the promised services. Additionally, I seek compensation for the inconvenience, financial losses, and mental distress caused by their negligence.

    6. **Evidence:**
    I can provide all the copies of relevant documents, including proof of payment, communication with Meghbela Broadband, and speed test results, which provide evidence of the service issues I have faced. Attached the relevant speed test doc also with this complaint

    7. **Resolution Sought:**
    I request the Consumer Court to:
    - Direct Meghbela Broadband to provide the promised high-speed internet service.
    - Compensate me for the financial losses incurred due to their deficient services.
    - Levy appropriate penalties on Meghbela Broadband for their failure to address my complaints promptly.

    I hope that the Consumer Court will investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that justice is served. I am willing to cooperate fully and provide any additional information required during the proceedings.

    I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter and hope that my rights as a consumer are protected.

        We always get fail to get support from PMPL, we have got number of Mr. Ashok in the name of support and this person is very rude and replying bloodedly while complaining the issue, he always realize that he is only person who get just came after GOD, always buzy, not even replied single time on polite way for support call.

          Hello team,

          I don't have an account with meghbala but I am getting text to recharge the meghbala broadband.
          I called their customers care but they did not help. They however confirmed that this account has my name and my contact number and it is an active user and they can not deactivate it.

          This is a compliance issue as PMPL is using my personal information and providing services to someone else.

          Let me know if you need any more information from me.

            I'm a user of meghbela broadband. My username is: village_bunty. I've taken meghbela broadband connection one month ago, for first few days the internet was stable but after that it has become a big issue. Almost everyday 2-3 times my internet connection gets lost. I cannot use the internet. Some times the connection gets lost for over 4-5 hours. Now i'm regretting by choosing meghbela broadband. The negative reviews are becoming true why everyone tells not to choose meghbela broadband. And your customer service is very poor. You guys don't take calls, and my bandwidth plan is 60mbps then why do get speed only 3-4mbps, speed is slow too. I've lodged complain on their website 3 times but they do not respond at all. Even now for over 4 hours i'm not able to use the broadband the connection is lost. I had to recharge my mobile data to lodge complain.

              I had issues regarding Packet Loss and I get around 20% Packet loss from servers like google.com and youtube.com when I try to talk to customer support they'll be like they have never heard of the term Packet Loss.. and when i try to talk about high ping they'll just ping my pc to my own IP.. Like what is wrong with you guys?? isn't it obvious I'll get 1ms ping if i ping to my exact ip? Most of the time I get low speeds like 20Mbps and when I try to contact the local Office.. they'll just do something that just increases my speed back to 80Mbps and that too it gets back to 20 Mbps.. at this point it's like they intentionally cap my speed until I say them to un-cap it.
              They sold me there service saying they will have Symmetric download and upload speed that too without any fluctuation, they also told even if there's no Electricity in the town I'll have my internet up and running Non of this is true.. Speeds are the worst and about the 24/7 Up time even on no electricity.. most of the times they have there backup generator fried (That's what they say it is)

                When I try to ping google com or any site its showing request time out, when I try to tracert any site its showing request time out. This issue is occurring for third time now. First two times they resolved the issue after complaining. This time They are not trying to understand. This can be an issue of data leak. Please take step against them

                    My hometown is Durgapur which comes under west Bardhaman. The problem is I'm facing internet connectivity issue in every single day and whenever I asked the local Operator to fix the issue he is just simply ignoring that everytime. He is not bother about the service which has to give to customer. Even though after calling him he disconnected the call asking why I'm calling him, I should get it resolved from my side. Its been six months I'm using this and not a single day the internet is working fine. There is no option to reach to higher level and escalate the same. Please help me out

                        I have been facing internet connection issues since Sunday. The gentleman on the phone told me that the area network was working fine and that they will send a technician who never showed up. Meanwhile I checked things myself and figured that that there was something wrong from the local service provider's side. Somehow the connection was back and I sent them a mail with the resolution code asking them to update it, to which they did not acknowledge but rather replied saying that they are still working on it. This shows that they neither check the issue properly nor do they read their mails. Anyway I am facing the same connectivity issue since 07:30 am and I am writing a complaint here which I am sure will be ignored like the rest of the complaints and if at all anyone wants to take this seriously and fix it then my user id is nishag_ccn. It's about time to make a switch to some other brand for a better service.

                                Dear sir,
                                My name is sangram dey, from vill - chhatna, dist-bankura, pin - 722132. I am a pmpl subscriber, my account i'd is - sangramd_ccp. I have no recharge option in mypage section, so i recharged my brodband through cable operator, each month he charged me different for recharging my brodband and also he recharged an unknown plan each time. He mentioned that this is 4mbps plan but i am getting 1.9mbps speed (Peak). I already raised so many complaints regarding this in mypage section, but i am also writing here for getting best help. As i recharged 4mbps plan at least give me 3.5mbps speed, and also please avail the recharge option in my section.
                                So i am requesting you to please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                                  Hi nhai team,

                                  While traveling from gurgaon to jaipur on 30th august 2020, the toll was collected by cash rs 65, saying that fast tag is not working for stand still car. Later when i saw the fast tag transaction on my sbi fastag account. I saw that online deduction of rs 65 for manesar toll. The operator did not print the car number as well on the cash receipt. I would request you to look into this complaint as this might be getting big scam. I saw similar complaint on your portal of 28th august. Attached the photo of cash receipt and online transaction of same date.

                                    I have been using their internet services since march 2018 and used to have no internet service atleast for two days a week and since the past one year it has become worse. The internet speed has slowed down and also there is no network for at least 5-6 hours and at times for 12 hours at a stretch and this happens almost everyday or every other day. I am getting tired of having to mail them everyday and although the issue is resolved for a while but it happens again and sometimes they don't even care to check or respond to a mail.

                                      From past few weeks the torrenting spped has been highly reduced i was getting around 3 mbps speed avg on download in torrent now i am hardly getting 100kbps. I have 30mbps plan where i get only around 10mbps
