not attending problem by dealer as well as customer care

I HAVE LOGGED CALL FOR SEVERAL TIMES, BUT PHONE WAS RINGING.THEY ARE NOY INTERESTED TO RECEIVE AS WELL AS SOLVE THE PROBEM, THAT WHY I AM READY TO GO ''CUSTOMER FORUM OF INDIA''

without any receipt they took rs627₹ per month .i am an inhabitant of bankura and facing same problem.any body can help me my phone no. is [protected]

why pmpl plans are different in all places?? I live in Liluah Howrah.. and I use jet silver economy...for rs 630 every month..my speed is very poor normal download speed is jst 10 to 15 kb/s this this the speed of a rs630 plan?...my friend from dumdum also use the same broadband with plan named home popular 512 kbps...and this gives a massive speed in normal download also..with a vry less monthly amount of 445...and this plan is not listed in my areas plan list...what is this?

I am a customer of PMPL broadband since 3 year I was using torrent with much seeds and at a speed o[censored]p to 6 mbps and sometime 10 mbps. My package is jet silver economy, from jun 8 I got a much slow torrent speed like 60 kbps on high seeding torrent. I don't know why this happens, I changed my torrent client, I unplug and then replug the LAN cable but nothing happens please fix this problem. local service provider can no satisfyingly support.
