[Resolved]  PMPL Broadband — Login Problem

Respected Sir, This to inform you that I am not satisfy with your service. Because most of the day your connection is gone for some time and for resolve it it took long time. I am a new customer Yesterday company are not sending any type of notification to may that they off his connection for long time. after that to day I am try to login but login page will be come and when I enter my user id and password then it will be not logit. I try to contact with help desk number more then 200 times but most of the time they can't receive my call. and most of the time they cut my line and most of the time network are busy phone line are busy. why they can't take my phone call? Please Resolve my problem. Problem is that log in page is come I am enter my login detail but page can't log in.
