[Resolved] PNB — Failed Transaction from Debit card | |||
hello sir I had withdrawn Rs 2000 rupee from my PNB account through debit card of PNB from AXIS bank ATM on date 22/10/ 2010. I did not get cash and but my account balance is deducted by Rs 2000. I had complained for this on their customer care many times, but there is no any response of that. Please help me. I Sangita Rawat, having PNB accounts No.[protected] on dated 04.10.2010.
I could not make withdrawal from the ATM (SBI ATM in Ramnagar, Nainital) due to some failure in between the transaction process. I had entered Rs. 4000/- (Rupees Four thousands only) for withdrawal but when the money was about to come, sudden some failure in the ATM occurred. Later on when I checked the amount Rs.4000/- was debited from my account.
Please look in to the matter urgently.
So, I requested to you kindly deposit the money in my same account.
