I, Awalkar Pravin Kashinath[protected] CT/GD, 15 BN ITBP, c/o 56 APO), am a policy holder of the following PLI Santosh (Endowment Assurance) scheme.
Policy Numbers :APS-899489-C;
Proposal No:1045104;
Date of Entry : 22 Dec 2008;
Date of Maturity : Nov 2023;
Total sum assured of all policies : Rs. 5 lakh
Total monthly premium being deposited by me for all the policies : Rs. 2675/- per month

Sir,
You are requested to provide me the following information related to these policies.
1. How much total amount will I get at present in case I wish to discontinue these policies?
2. How much total amount will I get at the time of maturity of these policies in case I continue paying premium of these policies upto May 2023 ?
3. Is there any procedure to cut short the maturity period of these policies ?
4. Whether there are any benefits on these policies that I can avail ?

My Policy PROPOSAL No.761187 purchased / registered from 56 APO during the year March 2006 (03/06), but my Bond papers are not yet received... On enquiry from Addl Dte Gen, APS, (PLI Cell) PIN 908716, they told that the amount for the period 05/07 to 10/07 and 12/07 not yet deposited. But infact, the said amount had already been deducted from my Pay & Allowances. The matter may be got verified and be sorted out to get my bond papers released in my favour at the earliest please.
