When I apprached to vodafone office at R.T.Nagar, Bangalore -32 to surrender my SIM, Mr.Syed wrongly promised me saying that the monthly rent of Rs.199 for the month of January 09 billwill be waived and opted me a change of plan to 'Life time post paid 999' from Feb 5th onwards. But now, the vodafone staff Mr. Prashanth says "there wont be any waiving of rent and promise given by Syed is wrong because Syed is newly appointed".
Whose is responsible for this irresponsible assurance?
