[Resolved]  Postpaid Connection — activation of postpaid connection

My Aitel post paid connection number is [protected]

I got this connection more than a month back and while going for it. i have submitted all the required documents and i have instructed ur representative that i will be available at my residence before 9 a.m. and after 6.30 pm in the evening for address verification.

I got the connection activated within 24 hours and had ur representative visit my appartment twice in the odd hours as not agreed before. We both wife and husband work in the same office and will not be available during the office hours.

as a result the connection has been disabled on address verification grounds. i spoke to ur so called call center executives many times stating to visit my home for verification as above stated timings.

Still there is no response from u busy guys and i lost my patience waiting all these days.

I have paid 600 Rs while going for this connection.

U people are making fun o[censored]s and testing our warmth.???


I want my connection to be activated soon or my money returned back.

Postpaid Connection — to return excess paid amount

dear sir i am a regular custommer of idea from last seven years. before some time i had change my connection post paid to pre paid and i submitted 70/- (seventy rupees only) and my bill was -70/- so pl. return myn excess amount Rs.70/- or talk time in my phone no. [protected] thanks.
