[Resolved]  Postpaid Connection — disconnecting service crossing credit limit

I am using this connection for the past two years with prompt payments. this time since i was out of place for long time, my bill amount crossed the limit. still payed the bill thru cheque.
The service is cut and when asked, complaint cell says only after clearing the chq, we can activate the connectiopn. We indians do not understand what is the meaning of cheque and India govt. approved chq payments I believe.
As a prompt customer to tata indicom, I have all the right to question the service provider.
Service provider says they do not have provision to activate the connection before clearing the chq.
we know that Tata group is one of the giants in India ???? What kind of policy is this these kind of companies ?

i hv baught a tata indicom postpaid phone 5 months ago.

Postpaid Connection — regarding the plane given to me.

Hi,
At the time when i switched to your compnays post paid Rs444 plan, but by default some Rs.300 plan is being activated.
So, please maintain some standards, so that coustmer can appreciate your services n can be loyal to you.
Can entertain ma querry for the plan given.

Postpaid Connection — Regarding wrong info. for selling their connection

I am using Vodafone prepaid connection last 2 years. 5 days before I had received some calls from Vodafone site, that you are one of the golden customers, so we are offering you a better post paid plan. I agreed about that plan like you have 299 Full talk value plan in which your local call 60 paisa STD Rs1 SMS 50 paisa. Vodafone to Vodafone 1000 min. free. Then I have taken that plan. After activation I got different plan, which is use less for me. That mean the Vodafone dealer make fool for selling there plan, they give us wrong information..

Postpaid Connection — transferring of connection of current connection to my name.

Dear Sir,

I am regular user of your Airtel connection I got transfered from Delhi to Punjab and i have the connection of my friend Guarav Kumar and provided all the formalities of both my friend and mine so that his connection should be transferred to my name .I am continously using this connection and paying my bills on time but this connection still not being transferreed on my name .Due to this i am not able to claim my monthly Airtell bill since its not reflecting my name over the bill.
We are continuosly following up on the person to whom we have submitted the Photographs and ID proofs of both the persons but still this person not helping us and due to him we are being harrased from last three months .
Name and Phone number of this person is Jaswant singh MOBILE NO:[protected].of Ludhiana.(Punjab)
Again in this month your department will raise bill against the name of Mr. Gaurav Kumar and again I have to pay the bill from my pocket which can be claimed if it reflects my name on the bill that is BAlJEET SINGH DOGRA.

Also Many a time I have called in your technical branch of Airtel to provide me setting of internet setting and help me to get my LAPTOP airtel connection friendly but no one interacted till date .

Hope you will take this complaint seriously and provide me a solution for the same . This is the last chance and last hope otherwise I have to close my Airtel account.
