[Resolved]  Postpaid Connection — Payment was received by you twice

Sir,
I am your costomer since two and half year. Previsioly i was used My mob. no [protected] as a preapied connection and after one and half year i was converted this no.([protected]) in postpaid for only 4 months. I always paid my bill on due time. My Second bill Rs. 497.70 was paid by the chequ and this cheque was not received by you on that time. So i was paid my bill through cash with your dealer in East Delhi. In the month of October i was again quit the postpaid connection and paid full and final bill. I again using this no. [protected] as prepaid no. Suddenly i check that you again debit the Rs.497.70 from my account by the prsentation of the cheque. So you took the Rs. 497.70 twice. So kindly shortout my problem. Otherwise i wiil file the crimina and civil case against you. When you received this mail/ complaint please contect me on my nomber.
