[Resolved]  Postpaid Connection — No response from Airtel team

I had requested free 3G connection which was came with the new handset which i purchased. I am following up with airtel team to activate the same and same has not been activated. I have provided all documents through scan images. On 1st Jan your executive told me that it will be activated by today 2nd Jan. To my surprise i got the call again on 02nd Jan asking for the question they asked me on 1st Jan. I was told that that again it will take 24 hrs to activate. I told them that i need to escalate the matter and spoke to floor manager Tajuddin who doesnt have sense and right attitude to talk to the customer. I was told that its not possible to acitivate the 3G connection inspite of giving all details on First. I asked his for complaint number for which he said its already taken[protected]. I asked him that i wanted to speak to his supervisor and he cut the call and never got a call back.

Its been 7 days since i am waiting for 3G activation. No one has tried to reach me and i am getting msgs mentioning i am not reacheable where as i am getting calls regularly from others.

Seems like nodal officers and other serivces mentioned in the site are just of eyewash.

Disgusting to see the service from leading serive provider.

More than 36 hrs has passed but no respond from Tatalecom neither by phone nor any one visit ed from the franchisee to solve the problem.I have mentioned full detail of my payment, this only shows that no one bothrted to solve the complain.

I am going to s tske Legal action as I am facing problem since 15 days not able to do outgoing after payment also.

Postpaid Connection — regarding bill

i pay my mobile phone connection bill by cheque .
after three days your side call me your cheque bounced. i call my bank ression of bounce my cheque, they are tell me cutting in your cheque. i want know where side problem if our side problem i pay cheque bounce charge if you side problem you pay this amount. i dont pay, i pay only my mobile phone bill.
and i call in your customer care department no responce, and i call again customer care dipartment they are tell me i problem in our side and tell you pay this chrge why i pay this amount if you are responsible plese solved my problem i am very- very dissatisfied from yor side .i hope my problem solved.

Postpaid Connection — No outgoing after payment

As a subsriber since long and my phone no[protected] has paid the bill Rs 321/-before due date with cheque bearing no - 008001 on dt 20.05.2008, Central Bank-Cuttack and on 23rd05.08 the amount is clear to your account.
But till late night today(06.06.08), I am not able to dial as OUT GOING is BARED.
Visited to Customer care several times and complained but no one is taking seriously, everytime the reply comes"soon it will be retified or looking into this matter". Since 14 days I am not able to connect to anyone . Another interesting thing is that I am RECEIVIN CALL 4 to 5 times EACH day to pay the bill-Rs 321/- as I have already PAID.
Also not able to DIAL 121 from my WALKY, as phone is not working 121 from the day it has been installed .
If my line is NOT CONNECTED within 4pm on 07.06.2008, I will surrender the phone within evenning.

Postpaid Connection — Tariff problem

Dear Sir,

I am one of your old loyal customers and I am holding the cell no [protected].One fine morning I got call from your corporate office saying that I will be getting one sim card free having cell no
[protected] being a privileged customer of Airtel

Cell no from which I got call was [protected].But later on it was observed that the billing was not done as per information given to me by your officer.

So repeatedly I have lodged complaint to your customer care but with no response.Last complaint details I am having, given to Mr.Saleman Shellar and complaint no :[protected] dated:30.09.2008 at 18.10 hrs.

To my surprise no action has been taken by you and now I have received the notice from court requesting to do settlement.Kindly let me know what action I should take.If such attitude prolongs I would like to surrender my present sim card also.

Postpaid Connection — Reactivation of my existing mobile connection no.9915087842

I have lost my mobile some where in Delhi on 30.05.2009. Then the services were disci=onnected on my request. After that I was issued a new SIM against same number. Unfortunately I was unable to reactivate.the same. Yesterday I tried to activale, but failed.
I am already in touch with your local service provider M/s Krishna Comunication, Moga.

Postpaid Connection — MISREPERSENTATRION OF OFFER

Sir/Madam,
I am a user of post paid connection ([protected]) since few months with life time 0 rental offer but suddenly one day a call came from vodaphove tell addervertisement section(sunita) about the budget 500 plan and she told me the details about the plan . She also told me that you can try this plan for few months and then you can shift form this plan to your previous plan, after then I decides to take this plan as a trail but now I am fully disagree to continue this plan and want to shift from my this plan to my previous plan but suddenly I got informed from local vodaphone store that it is imposiable to change to 0 rental plan. I therefore requesting to take a necessary step against the cheating process and change my plan so that I can continue with Vodaphone. Thank You.

Postpaid Connection — outgoing blocked

Since last four days i was complaining about my outgoing services disconnected but there is no responce from your side till time.
I have visited 3 times to your lajpat nagar customer care office but after so many reminder it is still not resumed.
This shows that the loyalty doesn’t counts and we are forced to take another services against reliance.
Last month my bill doesn’t received and i was told by customer care to deposit 700/- rs against that bill ,we deposited cash 700/- reciept no.S[protected] OTC code03003 on 31/8/2009. Till date the services of out going is not résumé.
This is to request you that plz send my fresh bill updated till date and i will pay your full and final charges and i want to close my this number for permanent and dont want to use your this kind of services.
plz send me bill hard copy of august and july bills and sept till date.
you can send through mail also.

[protected] no is on my husband's name, mr saurabh leekha. phone disconnection without any reason is a common feature with you people.no calls, no sms is send before harrasing us. chk howmany times you have disconnected this no. last cplt was photograph is not sbmitted . that was done on 28th and now again you disconnect on 29th. please justify for disconnection. and better start having a good complaint handling staff and backup support. we being the customer have full right to know the god damn reason of disconnection before you do. this is not acceptable as this affect my work.
i hope you will gve me a better explaination for you actions

Your customer care executive told me to pay minimum of Rs.200 to block the barring activity. I have paid the sum before the time. Despite the company barred my SIM before one month. I could not understand the logic you received. I think you didn't take enough consideration on my matter. I hope you will respond suitably, thankyou.

My Mobile no :- [protected] & Bill payment through ECS pervious ECS claim was AO Chennai telephone & at present BSNL is claiming ECS in the name of MRGSM & automatically bank rejected the ECS clearance.
Please confirm at what name M/s BSNL want ESC clearance.

Postpaid Connection — REfund of payment

I have paid Rs.400/- against Airtel Post Paid connection under Airtel 249 plan to Agency "PROTOCOL-LINKS',Gala House No.06,Carter Road No.06,Contact : [protected] on dated 25/09/09.Sim No[protected].But the abovesaid agency has not open post paid connection and also not returned my paid amount.
I just want to open post paid or refund my paid amount.
