[Resolved]  Postpaid Connection — identity theft

This is to bring to your notice that voda phone number [protected] has been used by some unknown person who has taken this connection in my name .To the best of my knowledge i have never used any voda phone till date and never provided any documents for the same .This connection is in my name as Mrs Navneet Sarna whereas i am not married .secondly the adress given for this number

is again unknown to me as i have never ever stayed at that address . This clearly indicates some one has taken a fraudulent connection and was using it .as it is known to me people working at call centres do take such connections using the identity of others and use n throw such connections kindly look into this matter at the earliest otherwise i will escalate this matter to higher authorities .a deep check for what documents were provided to get this connection is required otherwise voda phone will no longer remain a trustworthy telecom if such things continue in future as well .kindly revert back at this mail id itself .
