[Resolved]  Postpaid Connection — poor service

Dear Sir,
I am not at all happy with your service. We have taken 2 landline connection for our office which is, [protected], [protected] from khar branch. They promised us that they will start our landline in 3 hour once they recieve our documents and they gave us there call back no for any problem, trusting them we gave them all the documents on 04/12/09 and today is 06/12/09 still my landline is not activated. i have paid for both handset but its useless for me if its not activated. Daily they give us differet time and we have to wait and hope that now our landline will get activate. If we ask them that why they are not answering the helpline number of khar, we get a reply that if we are busy we dont have time to pick up, that means we have to leave our work and beg by giving money that please activate our service. this is absolutely true that while taking money we get big promises but after that we have to suffer..

I request u to Please activate my Ofice landline as soon as possible.
