[Resolved]  Pragati Valley — no updates

Can any one provide the details of the other two partners of this project Mr datta mohite and Mr xxxx Patil . I think we should also make them a party for our case against Pragati since I have seen one of the two having built a 4 storey house at karjat and also owns a tractor & an Innova.

whether any one has filed a consumer case ? Pls provide me the details.

pragati valley karjat mumbai — plots registry and possession not given

i sunil aggarwal booked a plot of 121 sqyds and my 8 relatives also booked same plots through me.
we all makes all four installments of rs37813/- each of all plots. now no response given by company and their agents . now all relatives pressurrised me for plots registory or refund amount.

i fully agree with all of you. i am also cheated by pragati. i booked my plot thr two brokers Vinod Mehra ( [protected])& Prince ( [protected] ) who are from delhi, based in Karol Bagh area. now they are not responding for last 3 years .If any body living n delhi, konws them, please give me their address & contact nos. as i want to teach them such lesson which they will learn for ages. we should join ourselves immediately & take a concrete action agst these jointly.

this people making fool eveyone i hve 2 plots i paid full amount but they not giving alloment they gve me my plot no but now they dont hve plot i request all people to pls file complaints against them come together my e mail [protected]@yahoo.com any body frm advocate or govt offical pls helps ask because i am frm delhi i[censored] want complain u hve complain in mumbai its really difficult to file case in mumbai for case expenses r there so pls mumbai people dont leave this fraud people

I was also cheated by the same Ashley, I bought a plot in 2006 and even the plot is registered... How can he sold a plot when it is already registered.
Please let me know the actions that we can take and teach this person a leason.

I also bought a 242 S/Yard plot from and got it registered in Karjat Reg.Off., @ Rs.850 per Yard. Ashley also came to the office at that time (2007), But no response till then.

I have also cheated by Pragati valley and housing Society, I got purchased of 121 sq yard at lanovala Karjat still no information how to get my plot or possession. Although the registration has completed on 2006.

Any body if you know something how to come across from this types of problem. Please guide .
