I am trying to trace the address of Ashley in Mumbai. I may be able to give his residential address in about a week or ten days . Those who plan to send a notice may plan and try to make use of this . Many must have experienced that he is not at all available at his office or the site to receive our letters/notice. So may be try to post it at his residential address. I WOULD ADVISE TO DISGUISE UR NOTICE AS SOME OTHER DOCUMENT (e.g a letter from say a bank, vehicle agency, shop etc) OR HE JSUST DOES NOT RECEIVE THE NOTICE.
There are two other partners in the proje ct - Datta Mohite, and other one Mr xxx Patil . I think any one giving a notice should also issue a notice to these other two. I have been to the site and have seen that Mr Mohite has built a three- four storeyed house in just two years in this village, bought a tractor, a Toyota INNOVA etc all with our money.
All those who have plans may be ready to implement it as soon as I get the addr and release it here.
I also suspect that he is starting aproject in another site - shahpur.

There has been a twist in the tale ... recently I have been sent a leter and a FORM to fill the details of the plot alloted. He states that the project is relaunched and will be completed in 6-8 months and there would be a change in plot size, allocation and layout plan & so on. The registration would be done on final allotment.
This interprets into the following :
1. Either is trying for a bigger fraud in the land scam or is trying to allocate fraud land area for more money from us at a much higher rate.
2. Because of the Case imposed on him, may be trying to gain time.
3. Or may be he is just playing with our sentiments.
The letter sent to me is undated & unsigned. Would also like to know whether you all have also received the same letter of apology and re-working of the project ?

When the said dealer went to andheri e and vakola police stations, the police officials told him that daily many people are coming from last 2 years with complaints of fraud of lakhs of rupees. and thousands of complaints have been launched. all o[censored]s should not wait any further and launch compliants in POLICE STATION, CONSUMER COURT, AND CRIMINAL CASE ALSO.

i had filed a case against him in kurla court on 7th march 2011 he was supposed to come to court but he did not appear before the court i had also given complained to ACP mumbai and vakola police station. Inspector Mr phokare had contact me he assured me to help me. but I am waiting for court order to take action he has cheated me for Rs 3.70 lac I hadfiled bounce cheque case.
