[Resolved]  Prepaid SIM Card — disable of combopack

I am using idea sim since 8 years no.[protected] i was availing facility of combo pack but from 13 or 14 June 2008 that facility was withdrawn without my consent, when I called to customer care they told me that your sim is converted to lifetime scheme then i requested that i have not given any consent how it may be possible? Then they registered my complaint and gave me communication ID 51174380 and told me that your problem will be solved within 2 days after 3 days i did not received any communication from customer care. I again called to customer care; they asked me contact nearest Idea office as they are unable to solve my problem. I was paying 25 paise for Idea to Idea, 50 paise for other GSM and 25 paise for SMS and now I am paying 1 rupee for every call .Do the Idea company understand that I am MAD how when I am paying less amount why should I will switchover for more amount .MY humble request is to kindly restore my combo pack facility otherwise I have to approach TRI or consumer court.
