[Resolved]  Prepaid SIM Card — bad customer service

Hi Sir,

I lost my one complete day and money due to customer care service.This is happend today[protected].

I lost my sim card(Delhi Number) and called up to the customer care they asked me to get a complaint from police station and visit nearest vodafone store. I visited sheshadripuram and they informed me that it is only possible from Brigade road.And again i travelled and find out brigade road customer care and even they told they dont have stock.They requested me to visit Koramangala store, and even told me that they called up and confirmed that it is available there.When i reached koramangala store they told that even they dont have sim .They dont know when it will be available.No ETA.As of i am lossing so many calls it will badly effect my career also.

From morning 9.00am to 3.00pm i wasted for this only, but no progress.
They told me that they will give a call back when they will get sim card.I dont know whether it will be with in a day,week, month or year.
