[Resolved]  Prepaid SIM Card — Deduction of balance

My mobile no. is [protected](Pune, Maharashtra). My balance has been deducted and criket information has been sending to me. It hasnot been activated by me.When i called to customer care and talked to senior manager , he didnot lodge my complain and not given me complain no.,after 30 minutes of hot discussion i abused him. He bocked my numer to customer care.
In past they had deducted my balance on behalf of Shaadi.com or i think it was matrimonial.com ,later after a hot discussion he add my deducted rupees in my balance,other incident like this happened with me, while i didnot activated these services by myself.

Prepaid Sim Card — SMS promotional offer, MCA Alert service

Hi,

Last month i had taken one SMS promo pack of Rs 48 where i had got 150 sms both local and national for 30 days validity. But before 30 days and before my finishing 150 sms it got invalid. I called up at customer care at approax. 10 times for this problem, but no use.

Now i really upset with airtel non-professional service approach and want to replace this SIM card with Vodafone's.

Hope u guys can solve my problem

Prepaid Sim Card — Balance deducting from my BPL balance

Balance from my bpl mobile is deducting everyday for what reason i don't no. plz. let me no the reason. & advice what to do with that.

Prepaid Sim Card — Forcibly deduct my balance

Hallo Sir/Mam,
I am a prepaid AIRTEL sim-card holder (life-time). My number is [protected]. I mailed to Appellate authority also, my referance number is " [protected] " ( to Appellate Authority). I complained that without my subscription my balance has been cutting, i complained to customer care also, and he assured me that this service is deactivated right now, and very soon your balance will be credited. But meassage is continued to appear, My complain referance no. to customer care is, " [protected]" and " [protected] ".
Today (27th january) at 9:22 AM i got a call from no.[protected], he was Mr. Nagesh , he told me that balance can not be credited, I called many times to customer care and every time he told me that, he deactivated the service and also confessed that this is not a fault from customer side and my balance will be credited very soon . Now they are saying that balance cannot be credited. How can AIRTEL deduct my balance after offering me any service without my consent. My cell number is blocked against customer care no., I THINK THIS IS AN OPEN " GUNDAGARDI " BY AIRTEL CUTOMER CARE"S EMPLOYEE..........................As a customer i demand justice and action against employees of cutomer care ,because this has become day to day activity with many customers.
I requested to Appellate autority to look into the matter and return my balance which has been forcibly deducted.
