[Resolved]  Prestige Induction Cook Top — Not Preparing Repairing /replacement of the COOKTop

I had purchased one prestige induction cook top set having the model no pic 4.0 having serial no.[protected] on[protected] form pooja home appliances at 98/3, near vijaya enclave, devrachikkanahalli main road, bilekahalli, bangalore.

Since then I had to give the instrument for repairing for more than ten times. Every time the shop is used to take cash memo along with the induction cook top and after seven days they are giving back saying that it has been repaired. I could use it hardly ten to fifteen days in between to repairs. Now I am fed up with their repair. I asked them to replace the set but the dealer is telling that it is under warrenty and we are getting it repaired , if you want replacement you approach to company as per shop's version company asked them that customer should approach directly and we have not enough time to followup with company. Hence I request you please guide me what the solution
