i have purchased the prestige product INDUCTION COOK TOP model.PIC 3.0 V2 IN the month of jun-2012 at Sri Kannan retail shop, Sulur Coimbatore pin 641401. 2 days before the system selection panel struck at 100 watt (INITIAL STAGE ) and i cannot use for any purpose , there is no service center near to Coimbatore please do the need full to rectify the problem at the most priority .

I have purchased one Induction cook top PIC 3.0 V2 on 08 /01/2012 from Krishna Kangsa Banik, Tulapatty, Silchar Assam and sl.no.of this Induction cook top is [protected]. In last few days it is not working properly and if we want to cook any thing then after few seconds of its starting it indicates E7 and then switched off. Dear Officer
This is to inform you that I have bought a prestige induction cook top model no. PIC - 01 - V2 on 31st January 2012 from Sri Balaji Kitchenware, Bhogal.
I have received one year warranty and guarantee on the cook top.
Till date i haave to send the cook top for 3 times repairing, sometimes problem in PVC and some times unknown problem.
Since last 1 month the cook top is with Balaji Kitchen ware...
