[Resolved] Prestige Induction Cook Top — prestige induction cooktop not working | |||
Dear Officer This is to inform you that I have bought a prestige induction cook top model no. PIC - 01 - V2 on 31st January 2012 from Sri Balaji Kitchenware, Bhogal. I have received one year warranty and guarantee on the cook top. Till date i haave to send the cook top for 3 times repairing, sometimes problem in PVC and some times unknown problem. Since last 1 month the cook top is with Balaji Kitchen ware for repairing purpose. I consider this as a harassment and need solution for this. Either you compensate me by giving back my money or replacing with a new product. Please consider this as an utmost urgent and do the needful ASAP.
