PRofESSIONAL — network,confirmation of bill/payment

very sorry to say that the undersigned is making complaints for the last more than one and half years for the network problem, unwanted reminders. making humble requests but are misbehaved, behaving in unwanted manners, lot of comlaints are there what to do? how to behave? how to request? excutives are escaping themself, twisting the fact, making fool. so please let me know as how to proceed or if this is the culture of the company? consumers are behaved like they are under the control of vodafone.
therefore, you are humbly requested to please let me know how to proceed i shall be highly oblige.

I had high views about the company but i found i was wrong, my assesmsnt was absured, visualising the working culture of the excutives, rather shocked. at the moment i would says 'SHAME' IN CASE ANY REAL EXCUTIVE SHALL ENQUIRE HE WII COME TO KNOW THE FACT?

PROFESSIONAL — network coverage request

Its jay [protected] from kovilpatti-628501.. due to my business anf family talking purpose.. the Great Reliance should be create or correct the network coverage at location within "pasuvanthnai and kamanayakkanpatti". i just know about tower inis area. but no network coverage in achankulam.(pasuvanthnai , achankulam and kamanayakkanpatti these three palces are within Kovilppatti-Taluk). thank u... with hope with Reliance -Jayaram.
