I had paid an advance of Rs 5000 to Gold Cabs Mumbai on 14 May 2009 for which I
have an receipt from Gold Cabs dated 14 May 2009. The receipt clearly says
that this money is for cab service as and when required and does not talk
of any validity period. Till date, I have utilised service for Rs 1400 and
my balance advance as of today is Rs 3600.

very sorry to say that the undersigned is making complaints for the last more than one and half years for the network problem, unwanted reminders. making humble requests but are misbehaved, behaving in unwanted manners, lot of comlaints are there what to do? how to behave? how to request? excutives are escaping themself, twisting the fact, making fool. so please let me know as how to proceed or if this is the culture of the company?...
