[Resolved]  Provident Fund — Provident fund not received not received

Respected Sir,

I am Suneth babu G, I had worked in Banyan Solutions Vellore, for last 1-1/2 years,
6 months before I had resign to job from Banyan Solutions and also get proper letter ( Releiving, Experience ) from company.

so I have applied to PF (Provident Fund) through PF consultant,
But I didn't get PF amount last 4 Month's

I asked several times in consultant and company, and I went to Asked directly consultant and company. but they will not given proper reason.

Because now I will join the design course, so In this time I want to need money. and also my family is financially poor condition, my father as a former.

In my friend (he is doing work also this company with me ) get PF amount,
He was PF applied for September 2nd Week, But till I am not get the PF amount.
Regarding this please Help me, Because I was tried more than times ( phone call, direct enquiry) But they will not give correct reason and time also.


Once again telling You, Please help me regarding this matter.
other wise I will go to consumer court or give police complaint surely

my PF no : tn/16254/756 . I had resigned my job on[protected] that time in my office they told that 2months they hold and then only they will sent. But now already 5months over still now I have not recieved.

My P.FNo. is DL/24754/2622. All the required forms are submitted by employer Manpower Services on 1st May 2009. It is 3 months now and so far I have not received the amount. On contacting your PR office today to know the status of my claim, I was kept on hold for 10 minutes and then was given a different number to contact which is perenially engaged.

Would appreciate a quick response.

Dear Sir

My self prashant nikam was working with Kalpataru Ltd.

I left the organization on 10th Dec-2008.

I have full full filled all official formalities.

I have given my SBI Account no = [protected]. to deposit my pf amount.

After enquiery with kalpataru they have sent all my pf documents to pf dept bandra.

but still till date my pf is not deposited in my account.

my pf account no for the company is :--PF A/C NO MH/BAN/ 39153/ 948

Kindly let me know the status of my account.
