[Resolved]  Provident Fund — lost of check by bank

Respected Sir/Madam,
I undersign Poonam Sharma hereby wants to draw few lines for your kind consideration/intervene
1. That I was serving in Citi-Financial as Collection coordinator for which my Provident Fund was deducted .
2. I was intimated by the Provident Fund Commissioner that the cheque has been issued in favour of me & deposited in Deutsche bank their no. are 263827 ( of Rs 9430.00 ) & Cheque No. 709846 ( Rs. 24085.00 ) & their dispatch date was 30/07/08
Sorry, to mentioned that after approaching the said bank they haven’t given any proper answer up till now they always say we are searching the cheque . Now they have told me that only one cheque i.e. 709846 we had received. Where as Office of Provident commissioner says that they have dispatch both the cheque on 30/07/08 in my account of Deutsche Bank & forwarded directly to the Bank. After going now & then I am totally harassed & need your help for intervene in this matter please. My account No. of Deutsche Bank is :- . Hoping to here positive Response from your end .
