Sir,
I had submitted my resignation & relieved from services of Corporation(LIDCOM )w.e.f.30.06.2010 evening.
My Claim of EPF and Pension was send by LIDCOM to "The Account Officer, Office of the Provident Fund Commissioner,Bhavishya Nirvaha Bhavan,Bandra(E),Mumbai" on 18.05.2011 vide letter No.Acct/EPF/2011-12/1495 Dated 18.05.2011. My EPF Code No is MH/18141/412.
Sir, Till date I have not received my settlement amount.
I there fore request you to Please look in to the matter personally & give me justice at the earliest. If possible Pl send me reply to my mail id : ratnadeep.[protected]@gmail.com

Dear sir,
I have resigned from the services of M/s BENGAL WATERPROOF LTD(Duckback) on 03.12.2011 after completion of 38yrs of service and 2yrs ahead of my formal retirement. Since then I have been visiting to the Trustee for payments of my dues, till date no such payment have been made in spite of my repeated follow up.Under this circumstances, i am left with no other way but to seek your help & support as to get me my dues at earliest.
