I got one message from ICICI bank, that they are sending on letter through EXPRESS IT couriers Ref No. SR7345042. on 22 july 2008. Still I could not receive that. let me the status of that..

i have requiest to ICICI bank for reset my internet backing password, they have reset it and it has been dispatched to my address on 01-Aug-2008 through EXPRESS IT courier vide AWB no [protected] but still i dont received any courier. so kindly resent it or droop me the mail for the same.

I applied for ATM card on 11/11/2008. Still I did not receive.
I called so many times to customer care. One person told me that we have dispatched the card through speed post on 15.11.2008. to my permanent address and you will receive in 12 working days. its alreday 20 days completed. As per ur words also 12 working days completed. and another peson told me that we have re-dispatched the card on 27.11.2008 to Tirupathi branch. This time also I did not receive. I want to know the status where it was dispatched. It is bad exeperiance with ICICI bank and also cheque leafs are going to be exhausted. How can i draw the amount.

I have placed a request for the Cheque book on Nov 17 till date it is not deliverd to me.
The customer care executive said that the cheque book is delivered.Request you to please take necessary action and resend me the cheque book.

The PVRS courier guys are not propery responding to the calls.

I have applied for ICICI Bank Cheque Book and within 3 days ICICI Bank sent it by PRVS couriers. And Bank guys has told me to follow it by PRVS couriers. I have tried calling PRVS guys for 6 days and no time i got good answer from them, very time they speak in in polite manner. Many times they lift the phone and without knowing who called they just kept the reciever aside. This is how PRVS is working and that is know ICICI is encouraging. No : 3993537

Even i'm facing same kind of problem. I was supposed to receive my Debit card a week ago and still i have not received it.
I raised a complaint with ICICI bank and tried reaching PRVS couriers, the lady from PRVS couriers who picked up the call does not even know how to respond[protected]. It seems she could not check the status of my courier because there is no power supply at their office. Couldn't they afford an UPS for their machines?

ICICI should seriously think of changing their Courier vendor. There are many good courier companies like Blue Dart who provide excellent service, but why does ICICI want to stick to PRVS Couriers?
