Hello sir,
I am Naveen singh from Chandausi, Now i would like to made a passport I was fill passport form online & i have Take user id,password after then i filled the form & uploded requried documents then I take a appontement time & date on (08/06/2012 on 09:30am) when i reched passport sava kendra with our original documents.which is wright on PSK website One DOB proof & One Address proof . they told to me for making passport you have to give 2 address proof. Why I don't know? They are also mention mention our website Only requarte Only one DOB & Address proof. Please Help me.I HAVE 10th Certificate for DOB Proof & 2year Old Passbook UNION BANK OF INDIA a/c which is current running a/c with current statement.
