My father Mr.Manohar Rajadhyaksha is the holder of PPFac no [protected] at CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA(VILE PARLE EAST Br).He is 78 years old and for the past 5 years he is under treatment for severe kidney failure at Leelavati Hospital Bandra.In spite of the maturity of his PPFac the bank is not ready to close and credit the proceeds of his ac wanting him to come physically to the branch to sign in their presence which is impossible for him in his bedridden condition.I requested the bank manager to depute a branch offical at our residence who could get his thumb impression in his presence as my father is not even in a condition to hold a pen in his hand.But somehow they are insisting on us to get an affidavit from a government medical doctor to certify his condition or the superintendant of the hospital where he is taking treatment .But the hospital authorities are not ready to get involved in this situation and since the treatment was not taken from a government hospital no medical superintendant would give any certificate to us.My family has already spent more than 10 lac rupees on the treatment of my father and he is now in urgent need of funds for further medical treatment.Please help us in this matter as we are fed up of doing the rounds of the bank and literally begging to get back our rightful funds.My contact no is [protected].
