Dear sir,
With due regards This is to bring to your kind notice that I Sanjay Kumar Narvaria had worked as P.G.T. Delhi Public School Nigahi Dist. Sidhi (M.P.) (P.F. AC.No. MP/9260/18 date 19/06/99) and shifted to Delhi Public school Indore (M.P.)in year 2006 where I was allotted New P.F. Account Number (MP/17064/156 date 28/06/06).
I had applied to transfer my previous Provident fund account and Family Pension Account (No. MP/9260/18 date 19/06/99 ) to new Provident fund account and Family Pension Account (MP/17064/156 date 28/06/06 with all the necessary document in the month of july 2006.
It is very painful to me that after 03 years my closing balance of year[protected] of previous account Rs.215071/ has not been transferred so for and the statement of my new PF account does not reflect this amount so far.I had tried to enquire the details of this number of times from the PF office ,Race course road Indore M.P. ,but no body helps and ready to give any information in this regard.
I therefore request you to kindly take the necessary action for the earliest follow up of this matter.
