Pulsar 180 — Alloy is damaged | |||
This is A.Santhosh Infant Raj.Last September I bought Bajaj vehicle-Pulsar 180 from Haritha Motors,Guduvancheri. Past two months am complaining about the front Alloy but there is no proper response from them. From the first day of My delivery I feel too risky to drive. I was not aware of such problems and even when I leave for service they never took it serious,and even past two months when i take My bike to their center, they just give some improper reasons and returning the bike. I personally feel so bad and unsatisfied with their service. I literally feel there is no technical support, no performance and no customer satisfaction. As I could reach some other service center ,I came to know the real problem and solution.so kindly asking you to note this and no such cheating/carelessness should happen anymore.
