I PURCHASED PURE IT TWO YEARS BEFORE FROM JODHPUR, IT IS AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT. MY PROBLEM IS THAT EVERY TIME I NEED TO CHANGE THE BATTERY, THE MOBILE NUMBER OF THE SALES EXECUTIVE IS ALWAYS CHANGED AND THE DEALER FROM WHOM I PURCHASED THE EQUIPMENT DOES NOT HAVE THE FIXED PHONE NUMBER. WHOM SHOULD I CONTACT?

I have ordered for recharge battery on 31 th march 2010 but no respond till now.i met personaly the persons in midnight bazar in agra.but till now i m waiting for battery.very poor service[protected]
